Part IX……………………………..Model  

Task: Create a 3-dimensional model of a famous place or landmark from your region.

Suggested Materials:Box lid, clay, paint, blocks, Legos, Lincoln logs, graham crackers/frosting/candy, popsicle sticks, glue, cotton

Attach a 6 to 8 sentence description to the bottom right corner of the model.  The description must include:

ü  title of the model, your first and last name

ü  details about the landmark/famous place

ü  materials used to construct the model

ü  reasons why this landmark/famous place was selected to represent the region
