Ms. Sokolow/Ms. Rubin
Interview Assignment
Please conduct and document an interview as follows:
Subject (person to be interviewed) and content:
The point of the interview is to learn more about the history and culture of Israel. Your subject may be anyone who can speak to this topic: a parent or other relative, a teacher, a friend or acquaintance. Any one subject may be used only once, so, if you approach someone known to more than one student in the class, please make sure that the person has not already agreed to be the subject for someone else. (I will email the faculty to alert them to the possibility that you may be approaching them.) If you record the interview, you must get the subject’s permission!
Make sure to take down your subject's e-mail address so you can send him/her a link to your published interview.
Organization
Please follow the format of the attached article. We will read it in class and highlight the features you are to use in your own interview.
Format
Use this file as a sample for your interview http://pages.ramaz.org/msrubin/history/History%20Department%20Links/1/interview.jpg
